Questions about custom domains
Do I need to move my domain or DNS to clkr.in?
No. Your domain stays with your current registrar and DNS provider. You only add a single DNS record for the subdomain you want to use for links.
Should I use a subdomain or my main domain?
We recommend a short subdomain such as go., link. or l. on your main domain. Your website keeps working exactly as it does now, and people still see your brand in every link.
How long does verification take?
Usually a few minutes after your DNS record is saved. Some DNS providers take longer to publish changes, and the dashboard shows the status while you wait.
Do I pay extra for SSL?
No. Certificates are included with every custom domain and renew on their own.
Can I use more than one domain?
